Toni serves on Boards of Directors of amazing companies dedicated to enabling women and driving diversity, equity and inclusion, including: GirlzWhoSell; Texas Women Venture Network; Prime Women; EWF, Great Girls Network and AIR4ARTS.
Ms. Portmann established the Tyson Johnson Memorial for Another Solution, Inc.; dedicated to fighting the disease of mental illness and addiction. And she loves hiking, skiing, her 7 grandchildren and her cat, Frank.

Chuck May is an executive with 40+ years of experience in financial and business management. For sixteen years, he provided personal financial management services to high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs, including founders of public companies. This activity led him into assisting several of his clients in the procurement of capital for their hyper-growth companies. He soon recognized the need in the marketplace for consultants who did more than just "shop" a business plan. Over several years, he developed and perfected a proprietary strategy and process for identifying and securing ALL of the resources needed to survive and metabolize hyper-growth, including capital. Since 1989, Chuck has assisted many clients through utilization of these proprietary strategies and processes.
